Bayer Invests $20 Million in U.S.-Based Informed Data Systems

Bayer AG (BAYN.XE) is investing in U.S.-based digital health
company Informed Data Systems Inc., with the two companies also
signing a commercial licensing agreement.
The pharmaceutical and chemical giant said Tuesday it is
investing $20 million in the company in a Series B financing. The
parties also signed a $10 million commercial-licensing agreement to
develop and commercialize Informed Data Systems' One Drop digital
therapeutics platform for multiple therapeutic areas.
