Election of Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson
Nicosia, 14 May 2019
Bank of Cyprus Holdings Public Limited Company and Bank of
Cyprus Public Company Limited announce that at their corresponding
Board of Directors' meetings held today, 14 May 2019, re-elected Mr
Maksim Goldman as the Vice-Chairperson.
At the same meeting, Mr Efstratios-Georgios (Takis) Arapoglou
was elected as Chairperson to the Board of Directors on each of
these Boards, subject to approval by the European Central Bank. In
the meantime, the Vice-Chairperson will be performing the function
of the Chairperson in pursuance of the relevant provisions of the
corporate governance framework.
