It seems that once a pink sheet stock puts out a PR that if there's any good news to it that might raise the share price it takes two or three maybe four days before enough people get the news that the buying increases at a higher share price.

I just can’t see them advancing to the NASDAQ without some kind of partnership or joint venture of some kind to strengthen the bottom line.
