National Vision Holdings Inc. (EYE) shares rose more than 5% in premarket trading Thursday after the optical retailer reached an extended and expanded agreement with Walmart Inc. (WMT).

In a filing late Wednesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission, National Vision said its management and services agreement with the retail giant was extended by six months to February 2021.

The Duluth, Ga., company said the amendment also adds five more vision centers to the agreement, and that it will now managing 231 locations within Walmart stores.

National Vision shares, which closed Wednesday at $35.04, were up 5.9% to $37.12 in premarket trading.
