Reckitt Benckiser Group PLC (RB.LN) said Wednesday that Kris Licht will take on the newly created role of chief transformation officer, and Harold van den Broek will be appointed chief operating officer of the hygiene home business unit, both as part of a series of management changes.

The consumer-goods company said that Mr. Licht joined the company in November from PepsiCo Inc. (PEP), where he was division president for the company's northeast division of the beverages business in North America. He also held the position of chief transformation officer for PepsiCo's North America beverages unit.

In addition, the company said that Mr. van den Broek, currently the chief financial officer of its hygiene home business unit is appointed COO of the same unit. He replaces Rob de Groot, who is stepping down from his role today and will leave the company in February after a handover period.

The company said the changes which will focus on delivering the next phase of its transformation and continue to evolve the culture of the business.
