METRO BANK APPOINTS INTERIM SENIOR INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR
Metro Bank today announces that Monique Melis who joined the
Board in June 2017, has been appointed as interim Senior
Independent Director with effect from 1 December 2019, subject to
regulatory approval. Monique has been appointed to the position
following the appointment of Sir Michael Snyder as interim Chairman
on 23 October 2019.
