Total Creates Joint-Venture With Zhejiang Energy Group

Total SA (FP.FR) said Monday that it has agreed to establish a
joint venture with Zhejiang Energy Group for the supply and
delivery of marine fuels in the Chinese region Zhoushan.
The French oil-and-gas company said its subsidiary Total China
Investment will hold 49% in the newly created company, while
Zhejiang Zheneng Petroleum New Energy, a subsidiary of the Chinese
company Zhejing Energy Group, will hold the remaining stake.
