JBG Smith Properties (JBGS) has submitted plans to Arlington County, Va., for about 2.6 million square feet of additional redevelopment near Amazon.com Inc.'s (AMZN) "HQ2."

The company's overall future development pipeline in the area rebranded as National Landing is expected to include about 2.2 million square feet of office space and 4.7 million square feet of multifamily housing.

The submitted plans include 2000 and 2001 South Bell Street, 223 23rd Street, 2300 Crystal Drive and 2525 Crystal Drive.
