Total Sells U.K. Assets to Petrogas for $635 Million

Total SA (FP.FR) said Wednesday that it has agreed to sell
several U.K. assets to Petrogas NEO UK Ltd. for an overall
consideration of $635 million.
The 10 fields included in the sale are located in the British
North Sea, Total said.
Petrogas NEO is the exploration and production arm of the
Oman-based conglomerate MB Holding.
