--Fosun International Ltd. (0656.HK) is eyeing a move to buy Bayer's animal-health business, according to people familiar with the matter, Bloomberg reports.

--The animal-health business could net Bayer as much as 8 billion euros ($9 billion) and has attracted the attention of potential bidders including KKR & Co. (KKR), CVC Capital Partners Ltd., Advent International Corp., Blackstone Group LP (BX), EQT Partners and Permira, Bloomberg has reported.
