Compagnie Generale des Etablissements Michelin (ML.FR) has named Alexis Garcin as the next chairman and president of Michelin North America.

Mr. Garcin succeeds Scott Clark who becomes an executive vice president of the French tire maker and will be responsible for main customer-facing functions in the U.S. and Canada, including sales and marketing, quality, technical developments and supply-chain units, Michelin said on Monday.
