Results for the quarter ended 31 March 2019

Bank of Cyprus Holdings Public Limited Company announces that
its Board of Directors will convene on Monday, 13 May 2019, to
examine the financial results for the Bank of Cyprus Group for the
quarter ended 31 March 2019.
The financial results will be announced on the same day, to the
London Stock Exchange and the Cyprus Stock Exchange.
