On April 26, 2019, Rich Kruger, Imperial Oil Limiteds (the Company) chairman, president and chief
executive officer, gave a presentation at the Companys annual general meeting in Calgary, Alberta (the Presentation) that included an update on the Companys current operations and major projects. The Presentation included
