TIM Participacoes S.A. (TSU) said Wednesday it named Pietro Labriola as chief executive.

Mr. Labriola was chief operating officer at TIM Participacoes between December 2015 and August 2018. Prior to this, he held several positions in the Telecom Italia group.

TIM said Sami Foguel is leaving the company. Mr. Foguel was named CEO in July.
