Michelin North America Inc. said Thursday it will increase national account prices up to 8% in the U.S. for its commercial brands, products and services, effective Dec. 1.

The company also said effective Jan. 1, 2019, its passenger-tire business will increase prices up to 5% for passenger and light-truck tires under the Michelin, BFGoodrich and Uniroyal brands in the U.S. and Canada.

Michelin tires in the two-wheel segment, sold in the U.S. and Canada, will also see a price increase, the company said.
